B 500 electronic control padlock are used for lockage of freight container doors, and they are suitable for the specific environments of container transportation. So they can replace the Security Sealing Lead (Security Seals) as the container padlocks which can be reusable and effectively controlled.
Construction
Lock body and latch of "electronic control padlock" are made of metal member, and lock shackle is made of high hardness structural steel with diameter up to 10mm, so they have sturdy construction of shearing resistance and sawing resistance. They can be installed in handle hole of lock bar in international standard container doors. One waterproofing socket is provided in "electronic control padlock", and socket connects"control box" in the drivers¡¯ cab plugged cable.
Functions (Note: After connection with control box).
The "electronic control padlock" can be unlocked only after "control box" sends unlocking signals.
When either plug of "electronic control padlock" is pulled out or cut, cable connected with plug can send "unlocking circuit alarm signal" to"control box".
When "electronic control padlock" needs unlocking, control box will supply electric power through the cable, and then it can be unlocked with ordinary mechanical key.
When locking, just insert lock shackle into keyhole.
